Who is eligible for SCRA benefits?
SCRA benefits and protections are available to:
- Active-duty military members of the five military branches
- Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Coast Guard and Space Force
- Reservists, upon receiving orders for active duty
- Members of the National Guard called to active service for a period of 30 or more days
- U.S. citizens serving with allied military forces for the prosecution of a war or military action
