Allbirds – San Francisco, 19.2 million shares, priced at $ 12-14, managed by Morgan Stanley / JP Morgan. Nasdaq symbol proposed BIRD. Company: Shoes sold directly to consumers.

Arhaus – Boston Heights, Ohio, 22.9 million shares, priced at $ 14 to $ 17, managed by BofA Securities / Jefferies. Nasdaq ARHS symbol proposal. Company: Premium home furnishings retailer with 75 locations across the United States.
