RiverBank transforms the mortgage lending process with a new digital proposition

Fintech RiverBank has launched a fully digital loan application process for advisors and intermediaries in the professional real estate sector. This so-called funnel is much faster than traditional application processes and offers room for tailor-made solutions.

The funnel process was developed for advisors representing their clients in the professional real estate industry. It can be a (group of) investors, promoters of real estate projects or SMEs owning real estate for their own use or directly for professionals, who are looking for this type of tailor-made financing product.

The highly intuitive and user-friendly process and dashboard allows advisors to apply for loans between EUR 750,000 and EUR 5,000,000 with a maturity of one to seven years in a quick process. Furthermore, it allows applicants to access a wide range of loans in terms of variety, from regular home loans to bridging loans, including renovation and (re)development of properties. The tailored experience supports the business partner every step of the way, allowing the applicant to check their progress and edit each entry before final submission.
